The rules for using ConsentSync. By creating an account or approving a request, you agree to these terms.
By signing up for or using ConsentSync, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use ConsentSync. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and when generating consent requests.
ConsentSync produces records of consent that capture IP address, timestamp, and explicit agreement. These records are provided as evidence of consent but do not constitute legal advice. ConsentSync is not liable for the enforceability of any agreement in a particular jurisdiction. Consult a lawyer for legal questions.
You agree not to use ConsentSync to harass others, forge consent, misrepresent the terms of an agreement, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion per the plan terms.
ConsentSync owns the platform software and branding. You retain ownership of the content and agreements you create. We claim no ownership over your consent records or creator agreements.
ConsentSync is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
