CREATOR COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

This Creator Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 11/3/2026, by and between [Creator Handle] ("Creator") and [Brand Name] ("Brand").

1. CAMPAIGN
Brand engages Creator to produce content for the campaign described as "[Campaign Name]". The deliverables are: [Deliverables]. Content will be produced during [Content Window].

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Creator grants Brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the Content for the following purposes: Paid social and digital advertising, brand website, and email marketing.

3. TERM
The license is granted for a period of 12 Months, commencing on the date the Content is delivered and approved by the Brand. Upon expiry, all rights revert to the Creator unless renewed in writing.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Brand agrees to pay Creator a flat fee of [Amount] USD. Payment is due Net 30 days from invoice. Creator will submit an invoice and payment shall be made by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. No additional fees, royalties, or residuals are owed unless separately agreed in writing.

5. CONTENT DELIVERABLES & APPROVAL
Creator will deliver the Content in accordance with the deliverables above. Brand will review and may request reasonable revisions within 5 business days of delivery. If no feedback is given within that window, the Content is deemed approved.

6. ATTRIBUTION
Brand will credit the Creator by their public handle where the Content is published, unless technically impractical or waived by the Creator in writing.

7. CONTENT MODIFICATIONS
Brand may crop, resize, or edit the Content for format and platform requirements, but may not alter the Content in a way that misrepresents the Creator or the depicted individuals.

8. WARRANTIES
Creator warrants that they own or control all rights in the Content, that it is original, and that all individuals depicted have consented to its use. Creator confirms they are 18 years of age or older. Each party indemnifies the other against third-party claims arising from a breach of this Agreement.

9. EXCLUSIVITY
This engagement is non-exclusive. Creator is free to work with other brands during the term.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with this campaign and to use it solely for the purposes of this Agreement.

11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other materially breaches a term. Upon termination, Brand will cease new use of the Content but may retain copies for record-keeping. Payment for Content that has been delivered and approved remains owed.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Creator's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The licence granted under this Agreement does not permit the Brand to use the Content, or the Creator's name, likeness, voice, or biometric data, to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model. The Brand shall not use the Content to generate synthetic media, deepfakes, or AI-generated likenesses of the Creator, or create any derivative work that depicts the Creator saying, doing, or endorsing something they did not, unless the Creator provides separate written consent. Routine automated editing (cropping, resizing, colour correction, and format adaptation) is permitted; any other AI-assisted alteration that materially changes the meaning or context of the Content requires the Creator's prior written approval.

By approving below, the Brand confirms it has read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and authorizes the Creator to begin production of the Content.
